Entry fee is $20 at the door
17 and under free, all individuals 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Fee includes all clinics, access to showroom, operating session and all open houses.
This is not a swap meet, we do not have vendors to pay for the facility.
This event is only funded from entry fees.
JUST ADDED!! Friday evening will have an open house and an operating session for early arrivals. See the Layout Tours and the Operating Session for additional information.
Scheduled Features and Activities
Model Showroom – Bring your models (finished or in-progress) of locomotives, rolling stock, structures, dioramas, or scenery. All are welcome!
Live Modeling Clinics – Some of the areas best modelers, historians, and industry experts will share their knowledge, skills and techniques.
Layouts and Displays – Small and modular layouts will be on display within the main venue. If you have a layout to share, please contact us in advance so we may reserve space for you.
Layout Tours – Tours of local home layouts will be available the evening of Friday April 17th and afternoon/evening Saturday April 18th.
Operating Sessions – Operating Sessions are being planned for Friday Evening, April 17th. Space is limited, see the Operating Sessions page for details!!
Food Service – Paws Smoke-N-Grill will be providing food service on-site from 11:00AM to 2:00PM. Additional food options are readily available a short distance from the venue.
