Event Schedule

Registration opens at 8:00AM with clinics starting promptly at 10:00AM. If you have a model to show, we recommend early arrival so you have time to register and setup your item.

Operating session

An evening operating session will be available Friday evening at no extra change. This must be reserved in advance as there is limited space! See the Operation Session page for more information and to reserve your space.

Clinics

6 Clinics are split between three rooms allowing a selection of course structures. See the Clinics page for updates on exact times and rooms for clinics.

Lunch

Lunch will be available on site from 11:00AM to 2:00PM.

Model Showroom

The Model Showroom will open at 9:00AM. If you are bringing something to share, you will be allowed early access to the room to setup your item. Refer to the Model Showroom page for additional information.

Layout Tours

Saturday Layout Tours will begin to open at 3:00PM and some staying open as late as 8:00PM. See the Layout Tour Page for detailed times and other information on Layout Tours! Make sure while at the meet to check the Tour Schedule Guide (available at registration) for any last minute changes.
