Event Schedule

Registration opens at 8:00AM with most activities starting promptly at 9:00AM. Registration will remain open until the start of the last clinic.

Clinics

9 Clinics are split between three rooms allowing a selection of course structures. See the Clinics page for updates on exact times and rooms for clinics.

Lunch

Lunch will be available on site from 11:00AM to 2:00PM.

Model Showroom

The Model Showroom will open at 9:00AM. If you are bringing something to share, you will be allowed early access to the room to setup your item. Refer to the Model Showroom page for additional information.

Layout Tours

For those staying over Friday night, we have an extra layout open from 6PM-8PM on Friday April 4th. All other layouts will be open Saturday. Saturday Layout Tours will open at 3:00PM and conclude at 6:00PM. Check the Layout Tours Page and the Tour Schedule Guide (available at registration) for any last minute changes.

Operating Session

NEW FOR 2025 – An evening operating session will be available at no extra change. This must be reserved in advance as there is limited space! See the Operation Session page for more information and to reserve your space.
